Experience and Highlight Projects

Throughout my career, I have led projects combining network infrastructure, web development, and technological innovation. Below are the most significant milestones:

Wireless Infrastructure & Connectivity (2003 – 2004)

Deployment of the wireless network infrastructure for NetLM (Lauro Müller/SC). I was responsible for designing and executing the 2.4 GHz architecture, enabling broadband internet provision in the region.

Rural Digital Inclusion (2009 – 2010)

Free Internet Project in Santa Rosa de Lima/SC. I designed a radio network that reached 100% coverage in the rural area, ensuring democratic access to information in hard-to-reach zones.

Portal Notisul: Performance and Scalability (2016 – 2017)

I led the migration and modernization of Portal Notisul to WordPress. The project involved massive data importing and performance optimization, resulting in the region's first portal to exceed 1 million monthly pageviews. We were local pioneers in implementing CDN for high availability.

Rapid Response to the Pandemic (2020 – 2021)

In a critical five-day operation, I structured and deployed the entire digital learning platform for the school network of Urussanga/SC. The initiative ensured the continuity of online studies for hundreds of children during social isolation.

Advanced Infrastructure & Homelab (2023 – Present)

Management of my own infrastructure with ASN (AS209338), operating on IPv4 and IPv6. The environment hosts high-complexity services, including:

  • Brazil's first BlueSky instance.
  • PeerTube server, Web, and Mail Hosting.
  • Digital preservation with retro services (BBS and IRC), including the TELESC and IRC.BENEDETTA projects.

BSDSul - FreeBSD Users Group (2006 – Present)

The BSDSul - FreeBSD Users Group of Southern Brazil was created in 2006, pausing its activities in 2016 and returning in 2024. The Group has been participating in events, disseminating FreeBSD and indirectly, the importance of BSD systems, including activities at events organized by UniSul (2007), Cedup Tubarão (2007), Senac (2006) and, most recently, at BSDDAY 2025 (organized by UFFRJ).

IPv6 Reverse Dynamic (2026)

The IPv6 Reverse Dynamic project consists of a Python script integrated with PowerDNS that ensures the resolution of all IPv6 PTR (Reverse DNS) records for all hosts on the network. The tool provides real-time dynamism and interaction, with PTR resolution based solely on information requests, requiring no integration with DHCP or SLAAC.

BuscaEscola Project (2026)

Website with information on all schools in Brazil, containing accurate and fast information about each school, with a developed backend that delivers queries in less than 1 second. The project website is https://buscaescola.com.br.

Painel do Titular Project (2025)

Created in 2025 with the objective of complying with the LGPD regarding the receipt of user requests, in an agile and transparent manner for the parties involved, operating in a SaaS business model. The website is https://paineldotitular.com.br.

LuzAki Project (2025)

System for receiving and managing requests for public lighting repairs, featuring an application and a rich interface for public lighting repairs, reducing costs and streamlining service, allowing the creation of service routes, and other management reports. BuscaPosto Project (2026)

Developed in 2026 with the objective of facilitating access to information on public and philanthropic health establishments, with enriched information regarding the staff and employees existing in each establishment. The project link is https://buscaposto.com.

Portal Benedetta (2023 – Present)

News Portal for Urussanga and Region, currently under internal development, with a stack that delivers scores above +90 in all Google PageSpeed categories, making it the fastest News Portal in the region, without the use of external CDNs. The Portal Benedetta website is https://benedetta.com.br.
